活性氧化铝瓷球是具有很多毛细管道的白色球粒，有很多毛细孔通道，这些孔道的表面有较高的活性，能对气体，蒸汽，液体的水份具有选择吸附本领。在一定条件下干燥深度可达－70℃以下的露点，饱和可在175℃－400℃加热除水而复活，能进行多次，还可从染污的氧、氢、二氧化硫中吸附润滑油及其它油类蒸汽，并可做催化剂或载体。广泛用于石化、炼油、电子、乙烯、丙烯、空气等干燥装置,已在全国许多双氧水厂，化肥厂，制氧厂和石油化工炼油单位使用，并取得了良好效果。

水处理用活性球：

白色球状多孔性颗粒，粒度均匀，表面光滑，机械强度大，吸湿性强，吸水后不胀不裂保持原状，产品无毒、无味、无臭，不溶于水及有机溶剂。
本品用作高氟水的除氟剂，是一种具有大比表面积的分子吸附剂。当原水的PH值和碱度较低时，除氟容量较高，大于4.0mg/g，还可用于饮水除砷。
粒径一般为1-3mm、2-4mm、3-5mm，使用时与水有较大的接触面积，比表面积指标高达280㎡/g以上，微孔数量巨大，可保证对水中的氟离子有很强的吸附能力和较高的除氟容量。

双氧水用活性氧化铝球

　　物化性质：本品为白色、球状多孔性物质；无毒、无臭、无味、不溶于水、酯、烃、醇、等有机溶剂，具有在水和碱中不粉化、不变软、澄清度高，使用寿命长，对蒽醌衍生物降解和再生能力强等优点，是蒽醌法生产双氧水的专用吸附剂。本产品除吸附工作液中的碱以外，对氢化降解物有很强的再生能力，可将氢化反应中增加的降解物转化成有效蒽醌，保证了总有效蒽醌量的稳定，有利于氧化反应的进行，并减少了蒽醌的添加量，节约了运行成本。同时，考虑到再生的需要，双氧水用氧化铝保证了良好的机械性能，再生后的活性变化较小。

活性氧化铝干燥剂

　　在一定的操作条件和再生条件下，该产品的干燥深度高达露点温度-70度以下，本品可用作高氟饮水的除氟剂(除氟容量大)、烷基苯生产中循环烷烃的脱氟剂、变压器油的脱酸再生剂、用作制氧工业、纺织工业、电子行业气体干燥，自动化仪表风的干燥、以及在化肥、石油化工干燥等行业作干燥剂、净化剂(露点可达-40度)、在空分行业变压吸附露点可达-55度。是一种微量水深度干燥的高效干燥剂。非常适用于无热再生装置。 (25kg／袋)

 Active alumina ceramic ball is white spherulite with many capillary channels and the surface of these hole channels have higher activity.They have the ability to choose and adsorb water of gas,steam and liquid.The drying depth can reach below -70 ℃ dew point under certain condition.Saturation can relive at 175-400 ℃ after heating and getting rid of water.This can proceed for many times.They can also absorb lubricating oil from polluted oxygen,hydrogen,sulfur dioxide and other oil steam.And can be used as activator or carrier.Widely used in landification,oil refining,electron,ethylene,propylene,air ect drying fitting.Have beening used in hydrogen peroxide factory,fertilizer factory,oxygen production factory and petroleum chemical plant.And they have gain good effect.

Active ball used for water treatment

 white ball shape have porosity,even granularity,glazed surface,good mechanical strength,strong moisture absorption,no expand or crack and keep original state after water absorption.Innocuity,insipidity,scentlessness, insoluble in water and organic solvent.

It can be used as fluoride absorbent for high FI water.It is one kind of molecule sorbent with large specific surface.When the PH value of raw water and alkalinity are lower,the capability of removing FI is higher,>4.0mg/g,it can be used for arsenic removing of water.

The diameter of ball is 1-3mm,2-4mm,3-5mm.When using,there will be larger interface with water.The specific surface index can reach above 280 m²/g.The quantity of micropore is huge,which can guarantee the strong absorption ability for FI hydronium in water and higher capability of FI removing.

氧化锆耐磨陶瓷球

氧化锆陶瓷球，在常温下具有高的强度和高韧性、耐磨性好、耐高温耐腐蚀、刚度高、不导磁、电绝缘。氧化锆陶瓷球在600℃时，强度、硬度几乎不变其密度为6.00g/cm3,热膨胀率接近金属若膨胀率，可与金属接合使用。适用于轴承，密封件等。高纯氧化锆微珠（TZPCeramicsbeads）是目前最为理想的研磨质介。现已广泛应用于非金属矿、涂料、油墨、油漆、染料、钛白粉、农药、磁性材料等行业物料的超细研磨与分散。
